We deliver in the UK only.

Your order will be acknowledged by email on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. When items are out of stock, we will endeavour to prevent orders being placed for that item. If, in the event of you placing an order and we subsequently find the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be notified via your e-mail address. If we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days your account will automatically be refunded.


Notification of problems

If there are any problems relating to your order, please notify us in the first instance by phone 0117 329 2460 or email at We will do everything we can to respond quickly and effectively. Delays and losses are rare but possible; we will always refund or resend (where possible) when the specified time period has elapsed.



1. Method of payment
When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to give your name and address for delivery and your email address for confirmation.

You can choose to checkout via PayPal or via a secure server where you will be asked to enter details of your debit or credit card.  Orders are also accepted by telephone. Please call us on 0117 329 2460

2. When will you be charged?
Your card will be debited when you confirm your order with Stripe (The debit/credit card processor) or with PayPal.

3. Pricing policy
All products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

4. Delivery charges
If applicable you will be notified of any delivery charge when making your purchase. We offer free UK Royal Mail Delivery (1-3 days) and Next day delivery for £5.

Orders may be cancelled within seven days being sent to us. You may phone us on 0117 329 2460   or email at If you phone us initially, we would ask that you confirm the cancellation by email. If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 days.

If we have despatched the goods, we ask that you send an email to , advising us that you wish to return the goods and return the goods in original in an unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging, in all original boxes and packaging materials with the Returns Form, enclosed with your order. Any returns must be made within 10 days of you receiving the goods. In this case we will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us and reserve the right to deduct our original delivery costs in sending the product to you, from your refund.
